Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Katsu Digital platform and all tools operated under the Katsu Digital brand. By creating an account or using any Katsu Digital tool, you agree to these terms. Each individual tool may also have its own supplementary terms which apply alongside these platform terms.

1. Your account

You must create a Katsu Digital account to use our tools. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

2. Acceptable use

Katsu Digital tools are provided for lawful use only. You agree not to use our tools to upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and process through our tools.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of any content you upload to Katsu Digital tools. We do not claim any rights over your content. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service you requested. Files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing.

4. Free and paid tiers

Katsu Digital offers a free tier with limited usage on each tool. Paid Pro subscriptions are available per tool and provide additional features and unlimited usage. A Katsu All Access subscription covering all tools will be available in future. We reserve the right to change the features available in each tier at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Free trials

Free trials are available for Pro subscriptions. You may cancel at any time before your trial ends and you will not be charged. After the trial period ends your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly rate unless you have cancelled.

6. Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Katsu Digital and its tools available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

Katsu Digital is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Katsu Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination your personal data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email where possible. Continued use of Katsu Digital after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
